The shop area is intended mainly for piano makers, piano tuners and music stores i.e. to commercial users.

Lots of information about our products are also available as information for everyone.

For the first use of the online store, it is necessary to register. You can use the form in the field below <Login> <New?>. You may install a personal login for each person in your company.
Since the confirmation email will be processed by us personally for your safety, this can take up to one working day to complete. If you have received you password, it could take about an hour before you can log on. After the login all price information will be available. Even your password, you can be changed at your choice.
If you're logged in, you can also save a shopping cart or wish list first and continue later. Without registration you have a wish list available but is deleted when you leave the web shop again, because we don't want use cookies.

If you still miss something you can personally reach us anytime via phone or email.
At the end of an order you have the opportunity to comment on each item deposited to your shopping cart or just change to send a request to us.
The transportation and packaging costs in the shop are meant as a guide. The actual costs are individually calculated as soon possible.
It normally doesn't turn out as cheap to send, for example, a lamp in the same parcel with a package of tuning pins ;-).
